Algunos instaladores han experimentado dificultades durante la puesta en servicio y, en la mayor\u00eda de los casos, la \u00fanica soluci\u00f3n ha sido aumentar la capacidad de la bater\u00eda, con el elevado coste que ello implica. Por favor, lea atentamente este documento para evitar este tipo de problemas.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"text-black\"><b>1: precarga de los condensadores internos<\/b><\/span><span class=\"text-black\"><b> <\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"text-black\">Para garantizar dispositivos s\u00f3lidos y robustos, los inversores y cargadores solares Studer incorporan grandes condensadores internos.Durante el arranque, estos condensadores requieren un corriente de carga muy elevada (superior a 1000 A) procedente de la bater\u00eda durante un tiempo muy corto, de apenas unos milisegundos.<br \/>Las bater\u00edas de plomo-\u00e1cido pueden soportar estos picos, por lo que esto no ha sido un problema con esta tecnolog\u00eda de bater\u00edas antigua pero fiable.<br \/>  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"text-black\">Sin embargo, los m\u00f3dulos de bater\u00edas de litio no pueden soportar estos picos de corriente, lo que puede impedir el arranque del sistema. Para resolver este problema, es necesario aumentar el n\u00famero de m\u00f3dulos de bater\u00eda para distribuir la corriente entre ellos.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"text-black\">Por ese motivo, algunos fabricantes de bater\u00edas de litio disponen de una \u00ablista de configuraci\u00f3n m\u00ednima\u00bb. En ella indican, en funci\u00f3n del modelo de inversor y del n\u00famero de unidades, cu\u00e1l es el n\u00famero m\u00ednimo de m\u00f3dulos de bater\u00eda que debes instalar para garantizar un funcionamiento correcto. Consulta la \u00faltima versi\u00f3n de estos documentos.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"text-black\">Ejemplo: BYD B-Box Pro 2.5. Una de nuestras caracter\u00edsticas \u00fanicas es que nuestros equipos pueden soportar picos de potencia de hasta 3 veces su potencia nominal. Ejemplo: xth 8000-48, Potencia nominal: 7 kVA, Potencia pico (5 s): 21 kVA. Esto es especialmente importante en aplicaciones industriales, donde suelen encontrarse bombas, refrigeradores y motores. La ventaja de esta caracter\u00edstica es evitar sobredimensionar innecesariamente el inversor.    <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"text-black\">Para aprovechar todo el potencial de nuestro sistema, es necesario seleccionar una bater\u00eda de litio capaz de suministrar la corriente pico requerida por la carga.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"text-black\">Ejemplo: En una aplicaci\u00f3n industrial hay 2 bombas de 3 kVA. El pico de potencia requerido por estas dos bombas es de 20 kVA y funcionan hasta 2 horas al d\u00eda. Se selecciona un inversor\/cargador xth 8000-48 (potencia nominal: 7 kVA; potencia pico: 21 kVA). Si decidimos descargar la bater\u00eda hasta un 20% de SOC, entonces la capacidad de la bater\u00eda debe ser como m\u00ednimo de 15 kWh.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"text-black\"> Una \u00abBater\u00eda B\u00bb parece ser la opci\u00f3n m\u00e1s sencilla, ya que su capacidad es de 15 kWh. Pero, \u00bfqu\u00e9 ocurre con la corriente m\u00e1xima? Estas bombas podr\u00edan requerir hasta 20 kVA durante el arranque. \u00bfPuede una \u00abBater\u00eda B\u00bb suministrar esta corriente? Lamentablemente, no (corriente m\u00e1xima = 20 kVA \/ 48 V CC = 416 A CC). Esta bater\u00eda podr\u00eda protegerse a s\u00ed misma debido a la elevada demanda de corriente.     <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"text-black\">En este caso, la opci\u00f3n correcta es 3 unidades de \u00abBater\u00eda A\u00bb. Dispones de 15 kWh (3 \u00d7 5 kWh) de energ\u00eda y puedes soportar una potencia m\u00e1xima de hasta 600 A (3 \u00d7 200 A). Otra opci\u00f3n es a\u00f1adir 2 unidades de \u00abBater\u00eda B\u00bb. No es recomendable.   <\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"text-black\"><b>3: bajas temperaturas: corriente de carga reducida<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"text-black\">Cuando hablamos de una bater\u00eda de litio con sistema de comunicaci\u00f3n, el BMS controla o define la corriente m\u00e1xima de carga. Cuando la temperatura de la bater\u00eda es inferior a 10-15 \u00baC (dependiendo del fabricante), el BMS reduce la corriente de carga de forma significativa (por ejemplo: 0,2 C).  Y si la temperatura desciende por debajo de los 0 \u00b0C, se bloquear\u00e1 la carga de la bater\u00eda. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"text-black\">Esto implica que alguien que intente cargar una bater\u00eda con un generador, a trav\u00e9s de un xtender (inversor\/cargador Studer), podr\u00eda tener el generador funcionando durante horas sin que la bater\u00eda se cargue pr\u00e1cticamente. O que en un d\u00eda soleado, el variotrack (controlador de carga MPPT Studer) no produzca todo lo que podr\u00eda. En ambos casos, debido a las limitaciones del BMS.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"text-black\">\u00bfCu\u00e1l es la forma correcta de evitar este problema? Lo m\u00e1s sencillo es colocar la bater\u00eda en una habitaci\u00f3n que garantice una temperatura m\u00ednima de 15 \u00baC durante los meses fr\u00edos del a\u00f1o. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"text-black\">Lo que ocurre es que esta soluci\u00f3n, en una instalaci\u00f3n en plena monta\u00f1a, no es algo que se pueda garantizar, sobre todo cuando hablamos de refugios de monta\u00f1a o lugares muy fr\u00edos. Por este motivo, hay que buscar soluciones alternativas, como las resistencias t\u00e9rmicas, que garantizan que, en el momento de la carga, la temperatura de la bater\u00eda aumente para aprovechar al m\u00e1ximo la corriente de carga. <\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Las bater\u00edas de litio presentan ciertas caracter\u00edsticas que deben tenerse en cuenta al dise\u00f1ar instalaciones off-grid para evitar problemas.
