Le GUID n&rsquo;appara\u00eet pas dans le portail Web et le xcom LAN ne fonctionne pas. <\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c9tape 1 de la solution :<\/strong><br \/>\nVeuillez reconfigurer le r\u00e9seau local (LAN) de l&rsquo;xcom en suivant toutes les \u00e9tapes (xcom configurator et r\u00e9insertion de la carte SD dans l&rsquo;xcom 232). D\u00e9branchez le c\u00e2ble CAN Bus Studer du xcom 232, puis rebranchez-le ; cela r\u00e9initialisera le xcom et le Moxa. La configuration ne sera termin\u00e9e que lorsque le message suivant s&rsquo;affichera : \u00ab (090) Serveur connect\u00e9 \u00bb. Si le message \u00ab (090) Serveur connect\u00e9 \u00bb n&rsquo;appara\u00eet pas, cela signifie qu&rsquo;il y a soit un probl\u00e8me de configuration, soit un probl\u00e8me de connexion Internet, soit un probl\u00e8me mat\u00e9riel. <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c9tape 2 de la solution :<\/strong><br \/>\nInstallez l&rsquo;utilitaire Nport Search Utility et acc\u00e9dez \u00e0 l&rsquo;interface Moxa. Rendez-vous sur le site Web du Moxa Nport 5110A et t\u00e9l\u00e9chargez l&rsquo;utilitaire Nport Search Utility dans la section \u00ab Drivers &#038; Software \u00bb (https:\/\/www.moxa.com\/product\/NPort_5110.htm). Veuillez contacter Studer pour obtenir la proc\u00e9dure d\u00e9taill\u00e9e accompagn\u00e9e d&rsquo;illustrations.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Probl\u00e8me de configuration<\/strong><br \/>\nPar d\u00e9faut, le r\u00e9seau local xcom fonctionne en mode DHCP\/BOOTP. Vous pouvez d\u00e9finir une adresse IP statique en acc\u00e9dant \u00e0 la passerelle (interface Moxa). <\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Cliquez sur \u00ab Param\u00e8tres r\u00e9seau \u00bb dans la barre de navigation<\/li>\n<li>Modifier la configuration IP de \u00ab DHCP\/BOOTP \u00bb \u00e0 \u00ab Statique \u00bb<\/li>\n<li>Configurer l&rsquo;adresse IP, le masque de r\u00e9seau, la passerelle et le serveur DNS<\/li>\n<li>Cliquez sur \u00ab Envoyer \u00bb<\/li>\n<li>Cliquez sur \u00ab Enregistrer\/Red\u00e9marrer \u00bb<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Probl\u00e8me li\u00e9 \u00e0 Internet ou au r\u00e9seau<\/strong><br \/>\nSi vous \u00eates connect\u00e9 \u00e0 un r\u00e9seau d&rsquo;entreprise, le port TCP 83 est peut-\u00eatre bloqu\u00e9 en raison des param\u00e8tres de s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Veuillez modifier la r\u00e8gle de sortie pour ce port. V\u00e9rifiez les param\u00e8tres r\u00e9seau aupr\u00e8s de votre fournisseur d&rsquo;acc\u00e8s Internet.  <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Probl\u00e8me mat\u00e9riel<\/strong><br \/>\nIl est possible que le compteur TX du Moxa ne fonctionne pas. Si ce compteur est \u00e0 z\u00e9ro, la ligne TX du xcom est endommag\u00e9e et doit \u00eatre remplac\u00e9e. Veuillez contacter le service d&rsquo;assistance de Studer Innotec afin de faire remplacer votre appareil. Cliquez sur \u00ab Monitor \u00bb dans la barre de navigation, puis sur \u00ab Async \u00bb.   <\/p>\n<p>Si le compteur Rx est \u00e0 0, cela signifie que le mat\u00e9riel est d\u00e9fectueux. Veuillez envoyer l&rsquo;ensemble complet xcom LAN (xcom 232, Moxa et c\u00e2ble s\u00e9rie) \u00e0 Studer pour r\u00e9paration. Si les compteurs Rx et Tx sont tous deux \u00e0 0 et que vous avez configur\u00e9 une adresse IP statique, veuillez v\u00e9rifier que votre serveur DNS est public (par exemple 8.8.8.8 (Google) ou 1.1.1.1 (Cloudflare)). Une communication fonctionnelle entre le Moxa et le xcom 232 affichera des valeurs dans Rx et Tx (les informations sont envoy\u00e9es et re\u00e7ues).  <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>R\u00e9initialisation aux param\u00e8tres d&rsquo;usine et reconfiguration de l&rsquo;xcom<\/strong><br \/>\n\u00c0 titre similaire \u00e0 d&rsquo;autres appareils Studer, il est possible d&rsquo;effectuer une r\u00e9initialisation logicielle (SW reset) d&rsquo;un xcom afin de r\u00e9tablir ses param\u00e8tres d&rsquo;usine. Veuillez consulter la section FAQ pour plus d&rsquo;informations sur la r\u00e9initialisation logicielle. En cas d&rsquo;utilisation d&rsquo;un xcom LAN ou d&rsquo;un xcom GSM, l&rsquo;utilisateur dispose d&rsquo;un xcom 232 ainsi que d&rsquo;un modem LAN ou GSM. Apr\u00e8s avoir ex\u00e9cut\u00e9 le configurateur xcom, l\u2019xcom 232 sera alors configur\u00e9 en tant qu\u2019xcom LAN ou xcom GSM pour fonctionner avec le modem correspondant. Lorsqu\u2019une r\u00e9initialisation logicielle est effectu\u00e9e sur un xcom LAN ou un xcom GSM, l\u2019xcom sera alors reconfigur\u00e9 en xcom 232i avec les param\u00e8tres d\u2019usine. Par cons\u00e9quent, le processus de configuration de l\u2019xcom doit \u00eatre r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9, ce qui cr\u00e9e une nouvelle configuration et donc un nouvel identifiant pour l\u2019installation sur le portail. Cette op\u00e9ration peut entra\u00eener une consommation excessive de donn\u00e9es pour la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration de toutes les donn\u00e9es locales de l\u2019xcom sur le portail.
