Certains installateurs ont rencontr\u00e9 des difficult\u00e9s lors de la mise en service, et dans la plupart des cas, la seule solution a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u2019augmenter la capacit\u00e9 de la batterie, avec le co\u00fbt que cela implique. Veuillez lire attentivement ce document pour \u00e9viter ce type de probl\u00e8me.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"text-black\"><b>1 : pr\u00e9charge des condensateurs internes<\/b><\/span><span class=\"text-black\"><b> <\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"text-black\">Afin de garantir des appareils solides et fiables, les onduleurs et r\u00e9gulateurs solaires studer sont \u00e9quip\u00e9s de grands condensateurs internes. Lors du d\u00e9marrage, ces condensateurs demandent un courant de charge tr\u00e8s \u00e9lev\u00e9 (sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 1000 A) provenant de la batterie pendant un tr\u00e8s court laps de temps \u2014 seulement quelques millisecondes. Les batteries au plomb supportent ais\u00e9ment ces pics de courant, ce qui n\u2019a jamais pos\u00e9 de probl\u00e8me avec cette technologie ancienne mais fiable.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"text-black\">En revanche, les modules de batteries lithium peuvent ne pas supporter ces pics de courant, ce qui peut emp\u00eacher le d\u00e9marrage du syst\u00e8me. Pour r\u00e9soudre ce probl\u00e8me, il est n\u00e9cessaire d\u2019augmenter le nombre de modules de batterie afin de r\u00e9partir le courant entre eux.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"text-black\">C&rsquo;est pourquoi certains fabricants de batteries au lithium proposent une \u00ab liste de configuration minimale \u00bb. Celle-ci indique, en fonction du mod\u00e8le d&rsquo;onduleur et du nombre d&rsquo;unit\u00e9s, le nombre minimal de modules de batterie \u00e0 installer pour garantir un fonctionnement correct. Veuillez vous assurer de disposer de la derni\u00e8re version de ces documents.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"text-black\">Exemple : BYD BBox Pro 2.5 \u2014 D\u00e9tail du nombre minimum de modules dans une installation hors r\u00e9seau monophas\u00e9e. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-21034 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/studer-innotec.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/download-21.png\" alt=\"rcc screenshot\" width=\"609\" height=\"253\" srcset=\"https:\/\/studer-innotec.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/download-21.png 609w, https:\/\/studer-innotec.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/download-21-300x125.png 300w, https:\/\/studer-innotec.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/download-21-370x154.png 370w, https:\/\/studer-innotec.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/download-21-410x170.png 410w, https:\/\/studer-innotec.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/download-21-600x249.png 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 609px) 100vw, 609px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>2 : courants de pointe limit\u00e9s (pompes, moteurs, etc.)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"text-black\">Les batteries lithium pr\u00e9sentent d\u2019autres caract\u00e9ristiques, notamment :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"text-black\">Courant de charge nominal (A)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"text-black\">Courant de d\u00e9charge nominal (A)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"text-black\">Courant de d\u00e9charge de pointe par module (A)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span class=\"text-black\">Les onduleurs studer sont con\u00e7us selon les plus hauts standards de qualit\u00e9. L\u2019une de leurs caract\u00e9ristiques uniques est leur capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 supporter des pointes de puissance jusqu\u2019\u00e0 trois fois leur puissance nominale. <br \/>Exemple : xth 8000-48 Puissance nominale : 7 kVA Puissance de pointe (5 s) : 21 kVA. Cette capacit\u00e9 est particuli\u00e8rement utile dans les applications industrielles, o\u00f9 l\u2019on trouve souvent des pompes, r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateurs et moteurs. L\u2019avantage de cette fonctionnalit\u00e9 est d\u2019\u00e9viter le surdimensionnement inutile de l\u2019onduleur.    <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"text-black\">Pour exploiter pleinement le potentiel du syst\u00e8me, il est essentiel de choisir une batterie lithium capable de d\u00e9livrer le courant de pointe exig\u00e9 par la charge.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"text-black\"><b>Exemple : <\/b>Dans une application industrielle, il y a 2 pompes de 3 kVA. Le courant de pointe total demand\u00e9 par ces deux pompes est de 20 kVA, et elles fonctionnent environ 2 heures par jour. On s\u00e9lectionne alors l\u2019onduleur\/chargeur xth 8000-48 (puissance nominale : 7 kVA, puissance de pointe : 21 kVA). Si l\u2019on d\u00e9cide de d\u00e9charger la batterie jusqu\u2019\u00e0 20 % de SOC, la capacit\u00e9 minimale de la batterie doit \u00eatre d\u2019au moins 15 kWh.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"text-black\"> 1x \u00ab batterie B \u00bb semble \u00eatre le choix le plus simple, car sa capacit\u00e9 est de 15 kWh. Mais qu&rsquo;en est-il du courant de pointe ? Ces pompes pourraient n\u00e9cessiter jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 20 kVA au d\u00e9marrage. Une \u00ab batterie B \u00bb peut-elle fournir ce courant ? Malheureusement, non (courant de pointe = 20 kVA \/ 48 Vcc = 416 Acc). Cette batterie pourrait se prot\u00e9ger d&rsquo;elle-m\u00eame en raison de cette forte demande en courant.     <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"text-black\">Dans ce cas, la bonne option est 3 \u00ab Batterie A \u00bb. Vous disposez d&rsquo;une \u00e9nergie de 15 kWh (3 \u00d7 5 kWh) et pouvez supporter une puissance de cr\u00eate allant jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 600 A (3 \u00d7 200 A). Une autre option consiste \u00e0 ajouter 2 \u00ab Batterie B \u00bb. Non recommand\u00e9.   <\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"text-black\"><b>3 : basses temp\u00e9ratures : courant de charge r\u00e9duit<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"text-black\">Lorsqu\u2019on parle d\u2019une batterie lithium avec communication, le BMS contr\u00f4le et d\u00e9finit le courant de charge maximal. Lorsque la temp\u00e9rature de la batterie descend en dessous de 10 \u00e0 15\u00b0C (selon le fabricant), le BMS r\u00e9duit fortement le courant de charge (par exemple : 0,2C).  Et si la temp\u00e9rature chute en dessous de 0\u00b0C, il interdit toute charge de la batterie. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"text-black\">Cela signifie que, lorsqu\u2019on tente de recharger une batterie \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un g\u00e9n\u00e9rateur, via un xtender (inverter\/charger), le g\u00e9n\u00e9rateur pourrait fonctionner pendant des heures sans r\u00e9ellement charger la batterie.<br \/>De m\u00eame, par une journ\u00e9e ensoleill\u00e9e, le variotrack (r\u00e9gulateur MPPT studer) ne produira pas toute l\u2019\u00e9nergie qu\u2019il pourrait, en raison des limitations impos\u00e9es par le BMS.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"text-black\">Quelle est la bonne approche pour \u00e9viter ce probl\u00e8me ? La solution la plus simple consiste \u00e0 placer la batterie dans une pi\u00e8ce ayant une temp\u00e9rature minimale de 15\u00b0C durant les mois froids de l\u2019ann\u00e9e. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"text-black\">Cependant, dans une installation en montagne ou dans des environnements tr\u00e8s froids, cette condition n\u2019est pas toujours garantie. Dans ces cas, il faut envisager des solutions alternatives, comme des r\u00e9sistances chauffantes, permettant d\u2019\u00e9lever la temp\u00e9rature de la batterie avant la charge afin de tirer le meilleur parti du courant disponible. <\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Les batteries lithium pr\u00e9sentent certaines caract\u00e9ristiques qu\u2019il est important de prendre en compte lors de la conception d\u2019installations hors r\u00e9seau, afin d\u2019\u00e9viter tout probl\u00e8me.
