# Grid feed-in limitation next3 inverter-chargers

**The configuration principle is the same in other countries; you must take your country’s standards into account. This FAQ uses Switzerland as an example.**

Since 1 January 2026, a grid-friendly feed-in regulation has been in force in Switzerland.
The grid operator decides which installations are affected. The industry recommends that the grid-friendly feed-in regulation should be implemented starting on 1 January 2026 for all solar installations that commission a new inverter.

According to industry guidance (Switzerland), the following are affected:

- New installations for which the connection application (TAG) is received on or after 1 January 2026.
- Existing installations, at the latest when a new inverter is installed.

**On the next3, the feed-in limitation must be set for each phase (3):
/!\ Please refer to the regulations in force in your country for the values you need to apply**
