Executive team
Céline Remondeulaz
Céline brings a wealth of financial and accounting expertise. She previously worked for ten years with the Centre de Cautionnement et de Financement (CCF SA), providing a broad range of financial services to companies and startups in Valais.
Céline also spent 12 years with the Cantonal Bank of Valais. As a dedicated financial professional, she is excited to continue Studer’s international growth as Chief financial officer.
She holds a diploma in business economics from the HES-SO Valais/Wallis and a Certificate of Advanced Studies in finance and accounting from the University of Lausanne.
Yann Cuenin
Yann brings ten years of R&D and project management experience to Studer and now oversees the company’s hardware engineering team. He previously worked for the power electronics company ABB and the EV charging systems manufacturer Green Motion.
He joined Studer in 2019 as an electrical engineer and was promoted to CTO and Head of R&D in early 2023. Yann is also a renowned fossil specialist and has made a name for himself with his own company, Nevadia Sàrl.
Yann holds a master’s degree in electrical and electronics engineering from HES-SO in Switzerland.
Serge Remy
Serge has more than 25 years of international sales experience and has been with Studer since 2001.
He previously served ten years as area sales manager for Solarforce, working with global manufacturers of solar cells and inverters. Serge prides himself on reliability and loyalty, and has fostered many of the long-lasting client and partner relationships that have driven Studer’s worldwide success.
Serge holds a Federal Certificate/Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Sales Management from MPM Lausanne.
Pierre-Olivier Moix
Pierre-Olivier is a master electrical engineer in power electronics and renewable energy systems. He has over 18 years of experience across various academic and practical roles, including researcher, developer, installer, and professor.
He joined Studer in 2005, working as a development engineer and then later as R&D manager. In 2012, he moved to HES-SO Valais/Wallis as a researcher and professor in renewable energy and smart grid systems. He was also an innovation engineer at Energies Sion Région (ESR), the local distribution system operator in Sion.
In 2018, Pierre-Olivier rejoined Studer as a board member. He holds a master’s degree in electrical engineering from EPFL, the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne.

Pierre-Olivier Moix
Pierre-Olivier is a master electrical engineer in power electronics and renewable energy systems. He has over 18 years of experience across various academic and practical roles, including researcher, developer, installer, and professor.
He joined Studer in 2005, working as a development engineer and then later as R&D manager. In 2012, he moved to HES-SO Valais/Wallis as a researcher and professor in renewable energy and smart grid systems. He was also an innovation engineer at Energies Sion Région (ESR), the local DSO in Sion.
In 2018, Pierre-Olivier rejoined Studer as a board member and CTO. He holds a master’s degree in electrical engineering from EPFL, the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne.

Management team
Thibaud Rossini
Thibaud has more than a decade of experience in technical and after-sales support. After joining Studer in 2010 as a part-time electrician, he worked for seven years as an after-sales manager.
Thibaud is now Head of technical service and operations, overseeing Studer’s product support management, installations and follow-ups, apprentice training, and ongoing service improvements. In his spare time, he is a dedicated athlete and enjoys CrossFit training and coaching.
Thibaud holds a bachelor of science in industrial systems from HES-SO Valais/Wallis.
Patrick Schmid
Patrick Schmid is a qualified Electronics Technician (TS) with over 20 years of experience as a specialist in renewable energy. He gained his first experience in the photovoltaic sector working in power electronics development for an inverter manufacturer.
In the years that followed, he worked extensively in the solar and energy technology sector, where he took on the planning, project management, sales, and installation of ongrid and offgrid photovoltaic systems. Through this work, he developed solid expertise in photovoltaics along with in-depth product knowledge.
Patrick joined Studer Innotec in August 2025 and works in technical support, assisting customers with consulting, training, and technical support. His passion lies in autonomous energy solutions and reliable backup power systems.
Sacha Cottier
Sacha Cottier is a marketing and communication professional with a multidisciplinary background. He joined Studer in July 2021. As Marketing coordinator, he oversees marketing strategy, visual content creation, and social media management. His role includes organising international trade show stands, developing technical and promotional materials, and ensuring a strong visual identity for Studer.
Sacha holds a Swiss Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (VET/CFC) as Mediamatician.
He is also deeply involved in the cultural scene as a musician and member of various associations, and also creates animated cartoons in his spare time.
