Our network of service centers and partners provides different locations to repair your Studer devices more conveniently.
Partners (QSP, Service center)

Send your device to Studer factory for repair or to perform a maintenance service

You can send the device to our factory in Switzerland. We will analyze the device and provide you with a repair proposal.

How to send your device to Studer Innotec SA:
  1. Fill the document “Return form for service”

    (One form for each returned product)
    Download the form here: English version, French version, and German version

    Make sure to include the following information:

    • Contact details:
      Your complete name, the contact person, your complete address (physical address, phone number, email address…)
    • Complete device information:
      • Name of the device (for example: next3, next1, xth 8000-48, vt65-175…)
      • Serial number, for example: ZHBG55432
      • Ticket number (if there has been contact with our technical support team)
    • VAT and EORI numbers (for companies only)
    • Description of the problem
  2. Packaging of the product and shipping:
    • Use a box adapted to the product, check that the package is optimal, and protect the product well to avoid any damage during transport.
      Important: Receiving a device damaged in transit due to poor packaging will void the product warranty.
    • Contact a shipping company, provide them with your full contact information, full address, and collection address if different from your address.
    • If you are sending this package from a country other than Switzerland, attach an invoice with the shipment to avoid inconvenience with Swiss customs. The invoice must mention the value of the device inside the package; Swiss customs does not accept parcels without an invoice or invoices with an amount of 0.- CHF/EUR/USD, minimum value of 50.- for our products. If you are a company, you must mention your VAT or EORI number in the invoice. The HS codes of your devices (for example 8504.90) must appear on the invoice. The recipient of the invoice must be Studer Innotec SA.

Important: 
If possible, send the complete device.
Accessories must be sent in its entirety, including cables.
If you only need to send only the PCB cards for a device, please send all the cards of the device.
